The Demag KBK trolley limit stop makes your light crane system even more flexible and modular. Buffers can be added at any point along the crane girder or runway — quickly and without any hassle. It works with KBK Steel (I, II, II-H) and Aluline (I, 22) crane equipment, and lets you set temporary or permanent limits on long and cross-travel motions in no time. The trolley limit stop comes fitted with Demag cellular plastic buffers and installs neatly under the rail — helping to reduce noise levels when unavoidable contact does occur.
The trolley limit stop comes in two variants — the difference is how long you need them in place. For long-term use, the bolted variant keeps travel along the crane runway or girder firmly restricted. It can be installed at any position along the rails and stays securely fixed for as long as you need it.
Need something more flexible? The lever variant is just as versatile — but it can be released and repositioned much more quickly and easily. It's perfect for setting up temporary travel limits for long and cross-travel motions. Use it to close off the end of a track, hold a crane or trolley in position, or keep things secure during installation or maintenance work.
